Profile problems

Evening. Quick question/comment - I edited my profile a few days ago to change the list of cars/interests/activities and looking today various <div> and <br> tags had been added into it that were not of my keyboard. Is there a specific reason for this or is it a fault?

For info, I'm on a Mac, OS X, using Safari.

It's been doing it forever

I even pointed it out a while back, and it caused me such pain I created a notepad file of my profile to copy and paste for when I wanted to change things.

It has been a very long term bug, related to the fact the the parser could convert PH code to HTML but not back again, leading to the HTML code becoming visible in the profile when you tried to edit it.

The good news is that we fixed it late last week, so if you edit it now it will work correctly.

(You will need to remove any HTML that is currently showing, but once it is gone it will stay gone)
