To come once or twice a week, sweep the yard, clean cars etc...

I have to say that I have no idea where to start looking.

Any ideas?

Also need a dependable company to take out my kitchen and fit it in another villa that my landlord has (next door). It must be taken aprt very carefully - it's all metal units (bloody disgusting if you ask me) and are riveted together!
