What a great day,i was bloody knackered when i got home last night. Glad you enjoyed the cars Paul, but the best is yet to come.IMO once you drive a Griff 500 you'll want no more.Next time your down this way, call me and i'll take you out in mine if Richard hasn't found you one already.Cheers dude....zz My highlights of the day were driving 'The Bosses' Cerbera (superb!) and hooning around on the track in the Tuscan and T350C after everybody else had gone home.
GT driver John Hartshorne called me a hooligan after hearing me pilot the the Tuscan on the track
How did he know I drive a
BIG BAD WEDGE
John Hartshorne also took me for some spirited and awesomely quick laps in the T350C. The track is basically a big karting circuit and very tight (never out of second). John's lines were totally different to mine and as far as I can work out he was trading a smooth fast line off against the need to really stamp on the brakes. I've a lot to learn, totally humbling.
Ditto cheers to Peninsula for the invitation.
If there's anthing else going on, any place, any time, I'm up for it!
