Questions about registering in Belgium, and pricing

Is there any knowledge of sucessfull registrations in Belgiums? I thought kitcars could not be registered in Belgium. (Heard that 356 replica's were registered in the UK and then reimported to Belgium). Can anybody shed light on this, or about alternative registration procedures?

While investigating the different builds I have the impression that the average price is around 60 000£ for most of the GTRs. Is this correct? Is it cost effective to build one with minimal options and then slowly upgrade bit by bit, or is this (technically) difficult?
I'm saving up for a sports car, but if I know beforehand that it's going to be that expensive, then I'd rather buy a used Lambo or so.

yes and then be overtaken by Ultimas.........just kidding, one thing about ULTIMAs is that you will never get
your time paid building the car, but a well built LS car will never loose its parts value even in many years.
And you are driving an unique bullet on the road and Lambo owners will envy you, because building and owning an ultima
is an exclusive experience !
