Long Weekend Riding Recommendations. Area, rides, bunkhouse

Looking for recommendations for a long weekend riding trip for me and 13ish others. It needs to be bunkhouse cheap and in England (not Wales, Scotland or Dalby Forest). Ideally it'll have some good >20 mile rides nearby and some decent eateries for the evening feed, or an excellent garden/area for evening BBQ food poisoning.
'Cheap' is the most important part as we'll mostly be getting sh!tfaced.
All i've got so far is the Peak district or the Lakes, can anyone steer me towards routes in these or other areas?
