Money left over from Drag Day.

Hi Guys & Gals,
Just wanted you to know that we had £350 left over from the Drag day (Better to have been over than under). If no one has an objection, I will use £50 to pay for the trophies and keep the rest for a really good piss up!
Or alternatively I could save it and use the funds to buy trophies etc. to enhance the next outing.
Where are you all on this?

Good idea on the trophy costs.
As for the rest, I think set it aside for the next drag day for the lunchtime snack, we can buy cold drinks as well this time
Trophies dont add bhp, but a nice bbq sausage and cold drink do wonders for the throttle control at launch!

I think the remaining £300 should be split into prize money - 3 x £100 - for the winner of each class maybe?
By winner... I mean the fastest time in each class throughout the day - not just eliminator runs - trophy for eliminator winner as last time.

Goodies, not prize money, I don't feel that great having paid more than I could have, only to know it will go to one of the fastest car owners at the next meet, and tbh if you can afford to do all that your car, you probably don't "need" prize money anyway....
