what's it worth?

I genuinely have no idea but I need to either buy or sell my Grandma's mini!
She's got alzheimers and hasn't driven for over 2 years. Her mini is sat in the garage for me to do something with!
I was with her the day she picked it up brand new from the Rover dealer!
Anyway, pretty sure it's done less than 20k miles, if not, it's only just over!
1995 mini 35th anniversary in metallic burgundy. She's had it from new and it's been garaged every day of its life so it's in pretty good nick.
The interior is mint, she used cushions on the seats as she was about 4ft tall!
it has a 1300i engine.
Please give me a few ideas if you would and where to offload it or should I keep it?

nope. Although afaik they only did a couple of colours in the 35 and every one was the same spec! so it looks like this http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/uploads/new/276295....
Her house is on the rental market now so I will have to go round and remove it from her garage in the next few weeks. I will take some pics then.
I am guessing I will need to go on some more specific forums for some proper feedback about this.
The only reason I would keep it is a financial one. It will obviously take up space which is always at a premium. If I knew that sitting on it for a few more years would make it more valuable then that would be an option.
However, I would rather sell. I took it for its MOT just over a year ago and that was the first time I had ever driven a mini! I didn't enjoy it! I basically don't fit and it was too much of an old school driving experience for me. I guess it would be better with modern tyres etc. It's still on its originals!
