AFM Adjustment?

The garage I use does not have a diagnostic that can check and adjust my AFM's, what does everyone else do to check the state of tune of theirs?

this link will hopefully give you an idea for testing the AFM's state.
To adjust there is an screw in the back corner, nearest the manifold, accessed from below, there may well be a blue stopper in place covering the screw.

Personally i wouldn't adjust this screw without the use of a rolling road.
