According to a laser alignment printout I have -1.1 degrees and -1.45 degrees on the front wheels. The spec that I've found says it should be between 0.15 and 0.45. There wasn't time to adjust it but is this bad? It's a rear wheel drive roadgoing Mercedes by the way. It pulls left a bit.

No it's not a huge amount, but being different from side to side might account for some of the pulling.

Remember that some perceived pulling to the left is actually caused by the camber in the road. Try to find somewhere flat or with a camber sloping to the right to test this.
