Alarm wont de activate!!

I have got a strange problem. I locked the car (Sag) yesterday afternoon. When I returned the car would not unlock. Checked the key transponder (RAC did) all working fine, so for some reason the car alarm would not deactivate. Both red lights were flashing ie on left of centre panel and above the wing mirror controls. Eventually gained entry to car but still without any deactivation of the alarm system (woke the neighborhood up). When we inserted the immobiliser fob into the slot above the mirror switch, the engine would start, and the sounder switched off. So car was possible to drive however the doors remain electrically inactive and both red lights remain flashing. I did notice though when driving home occasionally the head lights would flicker and the LCD display was a bit haywire which I believe is a sign of a poor earth? Has anybody else had this problem and if so what was the solution.
Does anyone have any thoughts as to what to do, if you do probably best to email me!

Similar symptoms to my T350t recently ... the excellent Mr Baker found the alarm ECU was full of water!

I'm sure Carl will sort you out; he knows his stuff!

Carl Baker is indeed a top guy for Alarms all sorted in what has to be the tidiest workshop I have seen!!
