XJ Launches Thursday 9th July

Me?
I've got my fingers crossed
I'm sorry to say that the XJ must change, to me the X350 was a necessary last step in the evolution of the design that dates back to the 60s. But I feel it has now run its course.
I'm highly apprehensive about what the new design will bring.
As well as new top end saloon, which is needed as the XJs replacement. I would love to see a 4 door coupe which I think could then carry on the Jaguar tradition of feline grace.
I just hope they don't follow the current designers mantra of trying to make each new car uglier than the last.

Interestingly, our local dealer network, Marshalls, have no idea when the XJ is to be available. Am I missing something here.
Is it the norm to trade insults or be insulted on these forums ?.
Fatboy ,I was speaking to Ian Callum at Castle Bromwich, after the Andrew Whyte memorial lecture. It`s a fact that XF styling will be the face of the saloons from now on unless there is a change in management. Why don`t you ask him yourself? By the way, I will be having an open day soon and hope to have both a 350 and S on the ramps to explain the generic links between the two, why don`t you come along?
I would dearly like the factory to improve the manufacturing quality. I hope it improves with the new range. My comments made on the door rubbers are based on our experience with the XF.

Hi Tubs, ain`t we derived from monkeys and single cell creatures?.
The degree of evolution is dependant on your local education system.
Seems you're right. The degree of evolution is dependant on your local education system.
But it's this sort of comment, that makes you look like an idiot....

Its`just an oversize XF sadly
I've no doubt they share suspension components, but you previously implied that the bodies are dervived from the same source. RW774 said:
