You can disconnect the speedo/odometer on any car you like.

But I dont follow why you are asking ; are you asking because you want to do it or because you think someone else has ?

If your suspect of a car then dont buy it! Its relatively small the Noble world so pop the reg up on here and see if anyone knows the car?
