Big Thanks to Carl !!! Meta alarm unit

Big thanks to Carl.... Reading a recent post, I discovered my alarm / imobaliser was not working as it should... I could only activate the imobaliser by pushing the emergancy key into the receiver and not from the fob...
Having asked on this I was told to contact Carl...
I called him om my return from overseas and discussed my problem with him... He talked me thru a few tests on the car and then told me it sounds like my two modules are not connected...
He said it could be shot... or that the red plug under the dash had come apart.. so with the radio out and the glove box removed and 20 min's on my head.. I'd found the plug and for sure it was pulled apart..
Plug it back together (not easy with 1 hand!!)... and job done...
Works like it should now....
Can't thank Carl enough for his experiance and time to get this sorted....

Absolute top bloke & the coffee's not bad

Had a problem that he spent valuable time talking me though on the phone & fixing, no charge of course...

Naturally he got the business when the immobiliser went tits

Most of the TVR dealers seem to use him (and presumably add their mark up) as he is THE MAN for alarms especially META.
I had a problem some time ago and the META distributor gave me a local? dealer in Scotland, he had'nt a clue, I eventually found Karl who sorted the problem instantly. Excellent chap to deal with.
