Can one of the "think of the children" lobby please tell me how a speed camera can stop a failed asylum seeker, who is banned from driving, from killing a little girl who runs out in front of his unlicenced, uninsured car when he is apparently not speeding (nor driving dangerously nor recklessly)?

If they cannot be fined it probably doesnt matter as you can only cause an accident if you are insured, licensed and have £60 the system can somehow extract out of you and go .001MPH over the limit.

So, no job + no license = worlds safest person, from the government and from the scameras
