I have seen one on p/h classifieds at CCCar Brokers, its a e-gear with 5300 miles, 2006 being honest i havent phoned him up or anything regarding the LP. First of all what is it like, whats the running costs driving over the year will do about 12000 miles. Not worried about insurance as ive already been quoted.. Any help would be great.. Thanks

I'm in Australia so your experience may be different but I've been pleasantly surprised at the servicing costs so far. I bought my 07 e-gear at about the same mileage as the car you are looking at and the car has now done 11,000 miles and just had an annual service which was not overly expensive. The clutch has plenty of meat still on it and isn't expected to need attention for a long time - or so they tell me.

Depreciation is always the major expense with cars like this . Heavy on petrol too. But I've found my LP much more reliable than the 2 Gallardos that preceded it. Mind you, it isn't as usable as a Gallardo for sporty driving and city use IMO due to its size but it ticks the "sense of occasion" box like no other.

On that car, mileage is more than that and the car has been for sale for over a year.
