2004 320 d sport hand book and stereo issues

I just bought a 2004 320 D sport from a guy and he didnt have the handbook, is there anyway of geting my hands on one, the service records are all ok it just would be nice to have a handbook too, also the stereo aint up to much ' the unit is a standard BMW BUSINESS CD thinga me jig.. the reception aint great on FM and MW is nothing at all!!, wether the surpressors have fallen off or what i dont know and the CD is stuck in the player, is this common with this system? any ideas? and any secrets to get the CD out so i can at least clean the head maybe?

Personally i'd get an old manual/book pack from ebay. There should be plenty floating about.
Stereowise they aren't that powerful, so if you want a bit more oomph I'd get an aftermarket one and an adapter plate for the face. Alpine would be my choice.
