This is a invite open to everyone….
The “ SSC ” ( Staff’s Subaru Owner’s Club ) are holding a Funday/car show on 30th August at Stoke on Trent Rugby Club.

We anticipate well over 200 car enthusiasts turning up to this event where there will be everything from classic cars, hotrods, rally cars and some very nice show cars.
There will be a Disco, Fantastic prizes, bounce castles, competitions, stalls, raffles etc…..
The aim of the day is too raise as much money as is possible for the “Douglas Macmillan Hospice”.

The Douglas Macmillan Hospice (or Dougie Mac) is the only adult Hospice for the people of North Staffordshire and surrounding villages. We were established in 1973 and have grown over the years not only in size but also in the range and amount of care services available for local people.

This will be a funday for all the family smile
Do you want to come along and show off your motor ?
Any question then please just shout up – email - scotty@ssc-subaru.co.uk
More details to follow

Its official….The SSC funday is now going to be massive.
There’s less than 5 weeks to go now!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have had an amazing response for our charity event and we can now confirm that all the planned attractions, shows and competitions will take place PLUS a whole lot more.
We have also decided that the show and shine competition and the audio sound off competition will be judged by…… YOU.
But you got to be there to have the chance of being a judge!!!!
This is a “funday” for all the family.

On the day there will be a Disco, Fantastic prizes, bounce castles, competitions, stalls, raffles etc…..

Over the next couple of weeks the items and prizes that will feature in the on-line auction and the raffle will be announced.
All of these items are amazing and you will not want to miss out,
The top prize in the raffle will be a full PC set-up worth over £500, there are also some very nice auction items going up on-site soon.

The trade exhibitor’s area is growing daily with Holdcrofts Subaru, Icebeat (with a number of demo vehicles), Autobrite and Alleycat Graphics to name but a few… This is open to more if your want a trade stand on the day.

The invite is open to all local car clubs all I need is a number of cars to book a stand on the day – there may be a limit per club stand depending on interest, but we do have a lot of space….

This will be on the local radio and published in the local papers so should have a cracking turnout on the day and all in a good cause….“Douglas Macmillan Hospice”.

Hope to see you there, 30th August at Stoke on Trent Rugby Club.
If you have a motor you would like to show on the day then please get in touch and there will be a space for you pride and joy smile

This is all free and there is no charge on the gate to get in, donations are welcome all in a good cause.

Mods if this is against the rules please remove....

Ok guy’s time is creeping up and things are moving at full steam,
The online auction is now active and raffle tickets are on sale.
Just a quick update on things we have just confirmed,
We have now secured the local fire brigade and one of their engines also the police will be attending with their police unit and a police car – we have a little game involving the police beer goggles and a RC car which could be fun...... (We may have a live band and a street dance group as well more details to follow later)

Show’n’shine / sound off
If you wish to enter the show’n’shine then a member of staff will be around after you have set your stand up and pass over a number. This is open to anyone that wish’s to enter, and a trophy will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place.
The sound off will be as above but we will need to move the cars together just before we start.

Please remember that we are visitors to this venue and we all need to respect it, and there wish’s...
We have been asked if we could reframe from using BBQ’s as it cost’s the club £6000 to re-seed etc..
And please keep any glass off the grass areas....
And most of all enjoy the day......... smile
