I actually really like it. The only thing is that center grill reminds of a Bentley flying spur or a Audi A8. Hopefully it will get all the tech stuff of a S600. I don't particularly like the XF but its growing on me. Cant wait to see interior pics. Also cant wait till they have all options and stuff available on Jag USA site.

It may look better with more pics and in the flesh, and I can take a while to 'get' a new design, but if this is kosher, to me from the front doors back it looks far too much like an Audi A8 - ie it lacks the subtle C-pillar design of the XF. Hmmm...

well in the US most people arent familiar with the skodas, etc. I actually think it looks better than a A8, but I really loved the look of the 2006 or so Jag XJ. Before they added that stupid lower front end and took of the flying jag emblem. But the new one isnt bad. You definitely do see the family style between the XK, XF, XJ. BTW does anyone know then the US will get the new 5.0 XKs ?

i think its a horror, the XJ as we knew it is dead. i feel genuine sadness for the demise of a once unique beautifull car.

Don't worry about it Taldo, it's your eyes. The car is magnificent, and I am an old Jag aficionado, having owned an E Type, and S Type two XJ's and an XKR. I wasn't sure about the XF initially, and I was wrong. This however is stunning.

The pictures above just prove it. Skoda and Citroen indeed. It makes the Porsche Panamera look like the embarrassment it is.

Incidentally, can you see this with flared arches, a front splitter, a tail spoiler. It's going to look like a GT3 Series competitor. This is a serious piece of car design.

the angle of the last pic shows the car off well,
i do think opinions will change once they are seen in the flesh on the road,
