Has Anyone Bought A Diagnostic Tool From eBay???

Hi all,

I have been looking at buying a diagnostic tool from eBay, but I just wondered if anyone had bought one and if there were any recommendations?

I am really looking for a good all round tool that will diagnose faults and break them down into English, and also runs other checks etc.
