I am away from the car and the drawing at the moment.

Please can somebody tell me if the brake light switch simply switches to ground. Or is it the other way round and switches the supply to the lamps and they are grounded at the far end.

Hi, The circuit in Steve Heaths manual shows all lamps earthed with the brake switch supplying +12v.
