TVR Tuscan BHP?

Hi guys,
New to tuscan and little confused. What actually the listed BHP of my car (2001) 4 Litre. I have read lots on the net and some state 360bhp and some state 380, and some 400. It was rebuilt last year if that makes any difference.
Sorry for the lame question (i am sure i will come up with some more taxing one's soon).

The different Tuscan models produced are as follows:
* 3.6L Mk1: 350 BHP, 290 ft.lbf
* 4.0L Mk1: 360 hp, 310 ft.lbf
* 4.0L Mk1 Red Rose: 380 BHP, 310 ft.lbf
* 4.0L Mk1 S (pre-2003): 390 BHP, 310 ft.lbf
* 4.0L Mk1 S (post-2003): 400 BHP, 315 ft.lbf
* 4.0L Mk2 (post-2005): 380 hp, 310 ft.lbf
* 4.0L Mk2 S (post-2005): 400 BHP, 315 ft.lbf
* 4.0L Mk2 Convertible (post-2005): 380 hp, 310 ft.lbf
These BHP values have been claimed by TVR and are probably rather measured at the flywheel, not at the axle. And since they are "hand made/assembled non of the engines is idem to another engine.
Anyway, thanks to the awesome power2weight ratio, they all provide more than enough power to blast away almost anything else on 4 wheels on the street legal road :-)

From your profile pic you don't have a splitter so possibly not an S, what are the rear lights like?
Do they look like mine, mine is not a factory S but now has an S spec 2005 engine fitted and front spoiler.You may have a red rose engine though or could have an S engine fitted aftermarket.

A genuine 'S' has a different rear light configuration and is the biggest tell tale. Watch out for folk claiming to be selling an 'S' model (with the associated premium) when in fact it's a standard model with the splitter and rear spoiler added afterward.
Under the skin the 'S' has the 4ltr 390-400 bhp engine, bigger bore exhausts, close ratio gearbox, hydratrack LSD, bigger brakes, revised suspension setup, aero package, HID high beam lights, Aircon and a few other bits and bobs.
See below for what a genuine 'S' looks like from the rear.

From the picture it is a standard Tuscan not an S. However it may have the uprated brakes and the engine may have been rebuilt to Red Rose spec. I would contact the seller and or engine rebuilder and see what they can advise.It also has TVR in gold on the brakes...

No, but the chap selling it was doing it on behalf of someone else, so knew very little. I was just curious. It has the air con, what looks like ' bigger brakes ' and carbon exhausts... TVR Power rebuilt last year so maybe they can tell me (or would there be something obvious on the receipts?).
