Yes, but I agree with her standpoint regarding rain forests.
But, hey, who are we on an island in the north Atlantic to dictate what we wish to happen to trees on the other side of the world..

So what did James May have to say, not much I would guess?

I watched the Westwood bit then went for a beer to cool down, it makes me so angry when I see gullible celebrities that have been sucked in and decide to use their fame to preach nonsense to the 'uneducated' rest of us! I know she meant well, but boy is she gullible, and she isn't the first by a long shot!

I believe Michael Jackson was planning a 'save the world from climate change' song, so at least we've been spared that. Just imagine the amounts of money they're being milked for by dirty rotten scoundrels, all in the name of saving the planet!

He came across eruditely but wasnt really given much of a chance by JR, for example his comment on the compressed air cars was "you have to compress the air first" which was quickly shut down by Ross and he wasnt given a chance to explain why it was a problem.

He did comment on the future of electric cars and once the technology of batteries and fuel cells has improved sufficiently we will all be driving around in electric cars and he doesnt really have a problem with that.

Assuming what she said was right.. She also said that she always visits art galleries when visiting foreign cities for fashion shows.

I bet she's always jetting off to foreign cities, causing more environmental damage than 99% of the population!

Same as the rest of them (flying private jets to climate change concerts!)

Thanks for reply, I guess that's the end of the thread now it's been dumped in here though.
