Does anyone have an exposed chassis and a measuring tape?

Due to the creaky nature of my outrigger on one side, and near destruction on the other, I'm not quite certain of the height between the top frame rails and the top of the outrigger. At the one place I feel is the best benchmark to go by, a straight edge (6 foot level) laid across the frame rails measures down an even foot. IE: top of outrigger to top of chassis is an even foot.

Can anyone confirm this?

As for the rest of the job, I've got the cracks all sucked in tight, it's just a matter of setting the correct elevation.
