Police are advised not to arrest/prosecute if there is no clear cut chance of conviction, to help prevent Muslims on the fringes of the extremist groups from becoming fully fledged extremists.
Why the f
k do they not arrest/jail/deport/deny entry to any suspected extremist Muslim as has been done with denying entry to non-Muslim extremists.
So the BNP/or anyone else cannot incite, but the Muslims will allowed to????

The government really do have st for brains, and are inviting, in my opinion an extreme segregated society by this type of pandering to pressure groups who are constantly trying, and succeding, in establishing positive discrimination against other religous/racial/ethnic groups.
I am a very tolerant and liberal minded person, but enough is enough, end this demarcation, and preferential treatment, or the UK will become even more splintered into large go-no-go areas, demarcated along racial, religous and ethnic groupings.

err, it is well and truly here now; give it just a few generations and you will be the minority (assuming you are white, English/Indigenous) and live in one of our major cities; London for example. This is not scaremongering, or racist rhetoric, but the blindingly obvious. Once you are the minority and the whole ethnicity dynamic shifts, things will get more than just interesting. If I was a white young man living in one of those cities, I would vote for the party that speaks up for me, my heritage, traditions and way of life.headline in the Daily Excess today.

the last two posts have echoed this; one say's it's clear why people would vote BNP, and the other say's 'just get rid of them', well Labour will do the exact opposite and welcome more of them through their oopen door policy and the tories will simply pander to the ethnic vote, which has become a powerful lobby bloc in british politics. So for me, it is straightforward, no point in pleading with those parties to support you or do what you want, because they won't.

the last two posts have echoed this; one say's it's clear why people would vote BNP, and the other say's 'just get rid of them', well Labour will do the exact opposite and welcome more of them through their oopen door policy and the tories will simply pander to the ethnic vote, which has become a powerful lobby bloc in british politics. So for me, it is straightforward, no point in pleading with those parties to support you or do what you want, because they won't.

You can't jail someone on the basis of a suspicion, and rightly so. Where would you suggest they deport them to?k do they not arrest/jail/deport/deny entry to any suspected extremist Muslim as has been done with denying entry to non-Muslim extremists.Don't say "where they came from" otherwise you'd simply be arranging transport to Bradford/Luton and the likes and we can't really parachute them into Helmand Province.
I do think it's totally wrong pandering to any religion/ethnic group but I don't think the BNP and other parties who, once you get past the veneer, are run by some pretty damned nasty characters is the answer - not sure marshmallows round the campfire is either though tbh.
