The battery I have now seems to work ok it always starts the car even after leaving it for a week untouched without having to recharge, But I have a few issues that may or may not be battery related so thought it better to ask the experts.
Firstly when starting from either hot or cold it always takes a good few turns before the car fires up plus it seems to crank it very slow to begin with then speeds up ands its at this point the car will fire up.
Also I have noticed when the fans kick in the idle will become very unsteady.
Is this worth investing in another battery or is it some other issue that needs looking into?
I have checked all the earths and they are fine so nothing there.

Yeah check the battery Cranking, I had mine changed by a TVR Bodyshop down in the south west , they put in the wrong one and something I never checked for a few years but when I did find out and changed to the correct one it did cure a slow turn over problem...as you would of thought. Wish i had of looked earlier but stupidly thought must be something else as trusted they would have put the right one in...One of many probs i have now sorted after it came back from there
