Hurray!!!
Sorted the locks over the weekend, using a combination of WD40 and brute force. This led to much rumbling around in the chimaera yesterday
I took it out on some local twisties and was really impressed by its handling. Inspired a lot of confidence. Now I really really want one 
Unfortunately I had to give it back last night
