I'm pretty sure it was a U-boat or something very similar.

Overpriced, fashion watches, but I'm a fan smile

I couldn't work out if he had tiny wrists or a mahoosive watch but it was a but "gangster bling".

Interested to know what it was though, someone will know smile

It looked to me very much like a bit of both.
The watch looked very much to me like a TW Steel, but probably wasn't. However, I'm not sure how many others look like a U-Boat and have the two metal spots on the strap, near the watch.

He normally wears a Hublot Big Bang in rose gold, I didn't see his watch during the grand prix.

I try to take as little notice of the tw8t as possible, so no.

I did spot the watch though - well you could hardly miss the ferkin great thing could you? vomit

I thought it looked like a U Boat, but I'd be surprised if EJ even considered something that "cheap"

BTW I'm talking £'s when I say cheap, not in terms of taste.

The bloke's a tosser, with no taste and little idea what he's talking about.

You can often see Coulthard cringing with embarrassment when E.J. offers another of his wonderful "insights"

The BBC might as well employ Peter Stringfellow.

Completely agree with everything you've just said! Quiet why they employed him I'll never know. The race they did this year without him there was much easier to watch; he just makes every interview seem a bit awkward.

Useless man brings nothing to the table on that program.

There really is no need to constantly remind us that you used to run an F1 team, Eddie.....we know. Stop.

Suppose losing James Allen was too good to be true, his annoyance had to be replaced in some capacity.

I'm thinking the chaps above are right with TW Steel, seems he was one of the judges in the 2009 "Miss TW Steel" competition so maybe he has some kind of agreement with them that would explain the wrist swapping to get it on TV more?

^^^ So he's a product placement we on top of everything else.

I suppose at least you could say that TW Steel watches were reasonable value for money, especially compared with U-Boat and particulary on a £/m2 of dial area basis. Not my cup of PG though.
