Watched an episode the other night, it's very good, shame of it is we just forget it's on so never really watched it properly. Really ought to download at least the last series.

I do, but it's gone downhill this series... Max Beesley was excellent in my opinion....

It's just too ridiculous - there has to be at some vague semblance of reality in these things.

The book that it's based on, also called Hotel Babylon, is excellent.

And if you like that then Air Babylon (about the airline industry) and Beach Babylon (Like Hotel Babylon but based in a 5* resort) are also very good reads.

Great show, have to agree that it has gone a little downhill this season, it was so much better with Max Beasley in it, and I was extremely disappointed to see that Emma Pierson left last week, especially when you saw her in that red dress at the end! OH!, but I have just found out that the new receptionist will be Amy Nuttall... I am now happier about the upcoming episodes! Have always liked her! wink

Aren't they just a collection of over the top, urban myths from each industry dressed up as some kind of inside view?

I haven't actually read any of those, but I have read Pop Babylon, Fashion Babylon and Wedding Babylon smile Great books.

Yes, that's exactly what are they. Still an amusing read though.

I love it, the way it's filmed, music and some of the 'jokes' are really funny. Does not take itself seriously and plenty of eyecandy smile Max leaving has left it a bit flat compared to previous series and the best characters always seem to leave when they are at their best frown
