Recaro Seat Swap

Hi,
Putting 2 Recaro fibreglass seats into a MKV GTI,
How is this going to work with airbag light and seatbelt warning tone?
Anyone know how to get around these or has done it please let me know, this will be realy appreciated.

I think you need to turn it off via vagcom, let the car know there are no longer airbags in the seats. Should be simple, why you want comfort over safety I don't know but each to their own.

Thanks, will check that out,
The seats are going in for track days,
Will change them over down the line again.
