Every time I fill out an official form, visa's etc. I always state my nationality as English! It's far less vague about me than 'British@

British 1st, English 2nd, European 3rd.

PS, the pole is a bit crap, there is an option to say NO, but there is no option to say YES.

Recently I was asked by the NHS referals service what race and colour I was. Why? So they can give all those bloody imigrants preferential treatment? They come over here take our jobs and now our hospital beds

Not much of a choice on the poll. You have narrowed it down to "I don't consider myself British" or "I don't care what my nationality is". Sort of stacked against anyone who does consider themselves British and is proud of it.

No such nationality as English. Or can you now get English passports?
