Finally, 18 months after my wife gave birth my son and heir, 16 months after nearly buying a mk11 Austin Healy Spite, 15 months after a drive in my mates Morgan, 13 months after travelling the length and breadth of the country looking for a mk1 Mini Cooper and 11 months of skulking in these very forums and deciding actually I want AND CAN AFFORD a TVR 'S'. I finally drove my lovely new shiny S1.5 away from a very sad looking PHer Gadgit on Saturday 
I first saw the car way back in October the day after my wedding. I had been viewing Gadgits posts over the year and thought the colour looked stunning so when he put up this post [url]www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?f=11&h=&t=58702[/url] I nearly smashed my keyboard trying to gat an email to him as fast as possible
Seeing the car in the flesh and WOW it really does look that good! Needs some work to finish namely a hood, carpet and recovering the interior hopefully leather? and a shedload of shiny alloy bits
to compliment the Blue/Grey interior (that blue was the only reason I dropped the Mica Blue/magnolia combination of my dreams).
