Hi all - a little help please.

Have an opportunity of a place at Bedford with the Lotus club. I've been before in a Clio 172 and remember they are quite strict on noise. Was wondering whether any Holden/HSV members have been allowed to take theirs onto the track. I know not all our cars are the same but would be interested as I have a GTS-R.

Thanks in advance

Hammo

What exhaust/headers have you got.

I've been noise tested at a few tracks with no issues (1-7/8 headers and 3" cat-back), but my DiFilippo setup still has two silencer boxes, so relatively quiet still.

Is it a 105db limit or 95db at Bedford now?

Thanks for quick response MadMax. Not too sure about technical specs but exhaust is 2.5 with Janspeed Cats. Head will be original LS1.

I think Bedford is 103.

My GTS-R with the 2.5" exhaust would pass most track noise tests.

Heads will be Callaway C4B on a GTS-R. Have you changed the valve springs?
