Coming back from Kent in the 400 yesterday afternoon 3.30pm, M25 anticlock just past the A12 junction the outside lane suddenly cleared and I was about to gun it from 80mph when a silver SKODA (Passat lookalike) pulled right out in front of me. Was in a good mood, so just held up one hand in exasperation.
Bu66er me, two blue lights on the parcel shelf come on flash a couple of times and then go off. Drop back to 75-80 and 5 minutes down the road he pulls someone else! Dunno if it was a warning or an apology but thanks! If they're using Skoda's now, we're all doomed!

Good policing I think - maybe the bloke did not want to embarrass you (and himself) by nicking you with a skoda
!!
A few months back I was hammering along the A14 at a very quiet time - I was on the inside lane when I saw in my mirror a black MG ZT approaching much faster than me in the outside lane(and I was going..... um..... "quite fast" ). He then braked quickly and sat in my blind spot.
Thinking that he was some company director dick head in his new toy, wanting to play with me in my wedge - not feeling playful and already well over the speed limit I ignored him and allowed him to sit there in my blind spot for about half a mile until a truck appeared up ahead.
Thinking that he would accelerate away, I backed off so that I could move out behind him - he did not accelerate away, he also backed off, staying in my blind spot - at which point I lost my cool and stuck my hand out the window, giving the "you're into self relief" hand gesture.
Deciding not to play, I braked hard (well as hard as you can in a wedge
) and sat in behind the truck, when the MG finally came alongside, I looked accross in disgust - the man in the passenger seat reached into the footwell and lifted up his policemans hat - grinned at me, then did a fake "breathe on it and polish" the peak of his hat. I then smiled, nodded at them and they disappeared into the distance - with "well ard" looks on their faces.
