Ace cafe all marques meet Monday 10th August

We're going to need a bigger car park! That was the general consensus as we tried to squeeze Twiglove's GMC pickup past the Murci and the Evoras.

Perfect weather and a massive turnout meant July's Ace meet was buzzing from start to finish.

A host of unusual cars including a Lancia Stratos, an Atom, a Furore (which looked just like an F1 car to me), a Maserati Ghibli, alongside the normal boring Ferraris and Lamborghinis. We also had Mx5's, new Focus RS, TVR's etc. A really good mix of cars and people.

Special thanks go to the Guys from Lotus who brought down not one but two of their brand new Evoras for us to look over and comment on.

Nice to see the 90's throwback driving his white Porsche 944 (oh wait, is that right?...anyway, nice to see Garlick and the rest of the PH crew)

Next month promises to be even better, and this time you really will need to get there early if you want to park in the car park (dont worry there's plenty of parking just outside the Ace too if you're late.

We'll be there from 6pm onwards.

Ace Corner is the junction of Beresford Avenue and the old North Circular Road, between the A40 and the A404 (Harrow Road).

Travelling anti-clockwise on the North Circular Road: Take the second exit - signposted for Park Royal - after the traffic lights at Brentfields Road (where you'll see Ikea and McDonalds) . Turn right, then right again onto the old North Circular Road. The Ace is 100 yards on the left.
