Hello all,

I have always wanted a Viper, and now I'm in a position to afford one (would £15 - 20,000 buy me a decent one?) However, I'm worried about on-going running costs so could someone give me an idea on how much it costs to keep one on the road please? (yes, I know it is a piece of string question). Re insureance, I'm in my 40's, no points and full NCD.

Thanks!

Sorry, that probably sounds a little short, I should probably expand on that...

Take a look at ad's on Pistonheads and/or Autotrader, you will not find anything decent much under £27k at the moment, most seem to be holding value at around £26k - £30k for a GenI depending on condition and extras, and £30k + for GenII and GenIII cars

Here's a link to Vipers on PH Classifieds:

Good luck with your search, and be careful out there, there are a few crash damaged repairs out there, which we are aware of

I'm in my early 40's and the insurance this year was £195 - half the cost of the daily driver!!!
