Too much ITV flannel, not enough of the cars and little car chat about the cars up the hill. Jenson was driving a 1934 W25 not a 1937 W125 as Steve Ryder said. He also said Derek Bell was in a Porsche 917 but nothing was mentioned about the special car it was. It was the one-off 1580bhp open top Can-Am 917/30 car which is the most powerful sports car even produced, not the usual Le Mans style 917k that most people would know about.

Natalie Pinkham, one time Matt Dawson's squeeze but also "allegedly" photographed with Prince Harry fondling her boobies (not showing anything as she had a black dress on) which somehow, no idea how, got released to the press and she threw a pink fit and managed to get them retrieved.

Ps. She's a Northampton girl, they are all the same wink

When the Redknapps came on ("it was a nice day, the weather was great", no mention of cars/motorsports/racing drivers etc) my missus retorted "what a waste giving that pair some tickets".

I must say I agree.

Buy the DVD - uusally presented by Alan De Cadanet and Doug Nye.

The cars are always the star on that.

Yes the woman was annoying, but the show was still good enough to make me want to go next year.

fk me a Goodwood thread and somebody finally mentions Justin Law! About time.

Usually the quickest bloke at Goodwood, either up the hill or round the track. Just wish they would make that bloody Costin reliable now.

I said the same thing with regards to the Redknapps, some celebrities will go to the opening of an envelope just to be seen!

My partner & I was lucky enough to go to the GP testing this year, & enjoy the luxury of a suite. However there was a group who sat in the room & watched rugby on the TV. I was stunned, what a waste they should have stayed at home... Sorry rant over moan

Only thing I have seen madder than that, Rod Millens Toyota Tacoma pikes peak truck (that looked like it was powered by coal) - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VQ7gFfWZKWU <--- wet track, lots of power, very smokey and good brakes, especially at the end smile

Respect to him for crossing the line before braking, thats got to be the nearest near miss the FoS has had.

Only thing up the hill faster than that in 2003 was Graham Wright's Gould Cosworth Hill climb car, 3rd fastest up was Justin Law in the Jaguar XJR10 but 1.5secs slower than Rod Millen.

It came screaming up the drive about midnight on Saturday, you could hear it when it was a mile away, had security in a real panic, nearly as loud as the fireworks.
