Do you know this Camper Van?

(numberplate obscured)

I saw this camper parked at Calshot on Sunday and I would really like to get in touch with the owner. Given the quality of the job, I'm hoping somebody on here knows something about it!

What would you like to know? (its not my van BTW).

I'd like to let the owner know just how stunning it looked in the sunshine

But also - it did not have a standard engine (there were cooling fans behind the rear bumper); I'm curious to know what it was packing.
