Beautiful motor, although seen thread on oil pressure, quite worrying.
Left phone message and e mail , no reply so far.

Desperate for the "Big Bad Wedge" experience. Will keep looking!

ahh i see thanks Podie ,,, i had a 430Se Vedge and it had a wildly flucktuating "sp"oil pressure turned out the pump just needed re seatting , wondered if this was somut similar

your right i know of 3 for sale Garry's Yellow 420 £10K a white 420 at slightly more and a blue 450 for around £12K, email me if you want contact details.

This should make you weep. Page 158 of 'Classic & sports car magazine' A TVR 420 SEAC, described as V.good condition, refurbished and good history sold at 'Barons' auction for £6996!!!!

Thanks guys, although cheaper is not always better, comparing the Yellow "Barons" SEAC(??) to Garry`s beauty, No competition. Will keep looking.

I agree. Gary's (Tasmania) SEAC looks somewhat finer than mine (D659 YLP) It just shows how evolution and the finessing of styling and the modification of details can produce something so good. Mine is all sharp angles and shovel nose etc.. But that was the (early - mid) 80's for you.

If you are looking for an SEAC then I'm sure when Gary has sorted the oil pressure problem his car is the one for you. It will quite possibly only be a minor problem. Buy it before I sell the Ferrari and buy it myself!
