Fiat 500 scrappage, spec?

I have decided to scrappage my old Volvo against a new 500. I haven't rang any dealers yet and wondered if the scrappage was only available on a base model?

If not whats a decent spec for a 500?

Forget the sunroof - waste of £500, terrible wind effect after 40mph.
Forget the "16 wheels - they make the ride even worse.
Forget the Blue and Me - it's a Windoze product and doesn't work with an iPod !

I'd say go for a 1.3d Lounge in a colour as gay as you're comfortable with

traded in the old punto. We collect in a week or 2

Have an Abarth 500 on the way on scrappage. Seemed like the sensible spec to go for...
