Great stuff Jon- well done for having the balls. I fancy a T350 next. I don't care what people say about TVR's- I love them.

Got disks and pads that have been sat here for a month if you want to put that socket set to good use/ escape baby vomit?

Having balls - exactly what I was thinking!

Pads, yeah easy job, no worries.

Cheers guys, yeah don't think I realised the size of Balls needed!

wasn't exactly counting on havig to have a full rebuild done whilst I was in ownership, but hey its TVR and these things seem to happen!

rebuild and service is looking like about £6k all in, providing no ather nasties are found! like worn clutch!

loving the car though, its great and gets so much attention....just not loving the impending financial pain!

Jon (aka billy big balls....apparently :-) )

Nice looking car, even better on the move wink

Don't forget Hants TVRCC meets second Sunday of every month at the Milbury's PH, just off A272 at Beauworth.

Good luck with the brake rebuild,

I jump out of my Caterham and drive my Dad's VX Tub now and then. To me the VX sounds eerily quite in comparison and it takes some getting used to.

How are you finding the non turboed/ bks noisy transition?

Looks good, what colour is it in the metal?

Hopefully I'll get a shot or two on the next run like with the VX (let's hope it's a day like this too)

If you're after more photos in the meantime, you know where I am.

Enjoy smile

Hi Andy,

god that image is so good, makes me want the VX back!

The colour is Ferrari Le Mans Blue, looks great in the flesh once its all polished up, still trying to build the layers of wax to get it how I like it!

Gingerbread Man - yeah miss the get in and drive-ability of the VX, but overall the noise and drama of the TVR is great. It was the fact that the VX was so quiet that i sold it, i even puta full miltek on it just before i sold it and it still didn't really help

Lovely motor sir! A friend of mine was looking at buying one, and we were amazed at how many had engine rebuilds at 15-16k! So he bought a Maser.... hehe

You've got two friends who were looking at buying them? Both of them brought Mazzers?
