A Class Alarm Problem (or is it the wife?!)

We recently bought a 51 plate A160 but the wife tells me that roughly every other day, once shes in the car and starts the engine the alarm starts shortly after.

Im guessing that theres either an intermittent fault with the immobiliser or shes doing something wrong

Can anyone shed any clues before I ring the dealer and sound stupid complaining when my wife is doing something wrong!!

Alarm sirens are quite common on the older A classes and cause the alarm to go off intermittently.

Worth getting the dealer to double check first, fitting shouldn't be to much however it will need to be coded IIRC.
