E39 530i suspension bushes

I believe that my suspension bushes now need replacing as
1) ABS cuts in when breaking over a rough surface which it didnt before
2) Suspension feels a little 'rougher' than before
3) v slight wobble at speed
I am thinking of doing this myself having recently carried out an oil and filter change myself.
Anyone have any advice or thoughts on this. I'm a workshop learner not an expert but am enjoying the experience of doing things myself.
