I bought a few of these in 2007 and have been given vouchers by the sales staff down there.
If anyone is thinking of buying an apartment and uses on of my vouchers, we get £1,000 cash each upon completion.
If anyone is interested, let me know.

Cheers

Why do people want to live in the red light district of portsmouth? and pay a vast amount of money for the priviledge.

You're about 1/2 mile out. wink

Considerably cheaper than Gunwharf and the strong belief that the regeneration going on will cause this area to be one of the most sort after in many years (not convinced myself but due to location and those tower blocks going will probably be quite desirable in 10-15 years).

If this was a tongue-in-cheek comment, then I agree completely. biggrin

I've been speaking to a Lady down at the Sales office.
I'll be putting my depsoits down (subject to getting the preferred discount) this weeekend.
Please PM me with the details of your voucher(s) ?

I also agree with the poster above, muche cheaper than Gunwharf, and if he hyp eis to be believed, 5-10 years time we'll be sitting pretty.

Where is it exactly.
Just so I know where to stay away from, you understand. Ahem.
