350i crank/oil

hi can any off you wedge owners help me make my mind up please,


ive got my crank back today after a regrind so hoping to have the wedge back on the road by the weekend,but i am not sure if i should put a semi/oil or fully semi/oil or a mineral/oil in, and should i stick some slick 50 in

I use 20/50 mineral oil.
