The last time we were there it took 2-3 hours to get out of the base car park....any better now? I believe they have P&R now.

I quite fancy going along to this. Never been before just wondering is it worth paying the extra for a covered grandstand seat?

Nah.
If it's wet and you're dry and cosy in the grandstand, the flying will be badly curtailed.
I've been every year for well over 10 years and last year was the first time it's been wet and the flying suffered as a consequence.
Bring your folding chairs and get there 9:00am ish for a space on the rope-line. Too many selfish b's erecting cubanas.

Get to the free Park & Ride on the Cupar to Guardbridge road. In a field just South of Guardbridge.

Was there today and saw most of the practice displays, does indeed look like it should be a really good day, both weather and flying!

Well, I wasn't there, I was at the Boness Hill Climb. And apparently this came from Leuchers.
