Hi Paul !
Congratulations to your new bowtie,
looks damn serious and classy...
The german SE best was recently "blasted into orbit" by this :
http://www.race-antz.de/ , not the Willys, but the 55 Bel Air,
runs on e85 so no intercooler is needed and did 8.2 / 170mph.
When are you bringing your new toy to play ?
Regards,
Benni

It is a stunning car, though can someone explain what I'm looking at. It appears to have a supercharger that blows through a tube, through the car to some kind of plenum and back again? I don't know what it all is but it does look impressive!
I'm guessing it is a rather large intercooler which is in the back of the car as there was no space in the engine bay that wouldn't be compromised by high under-bonnet temperatures.I've not seen them routed through the cabin before but then I have not been looking. I wonder how much efficiency you lose through the pipe run vs. that you gain from having a cool air charge to the intercooler?
