From another thread Monkfish said they had some in primer ready to go. Don't know what the price was though.

I thought that but the ones Monkfish do aren't the proper VXR spoilers.

Ah, I did wonder that. Saw the photo a while back on their site, didn't like them to be honest !!

I guess the genuine ones are a fortune from a VX dealer !!

i got mine off a nice guy that works for hsv in oz chuk, but that was before the pound plummeted, think it cost me £600 delivered inc the gts roof spoiler. think it worked out over 1100 quid from vauxhall at the time without any fitting kit eekeekeekeek

Monkfish were selling the GTO spoilers for a while, that what you're thinking of Mel when you say its not the VXR? I've got one fitted if you look at the pictures I posted of my Wales trip you'll see it on a black car. One of the reasons I went for it was it only involves a couple of holes in the boot lid (6 in total - 4 are pre marked on the boot inside, even then I bought a spare lid from a breaker to fit it to in case I didnt like it) whereas the VXR one involves holes in the rear quarter as well iirc - wasnt keen on trying that. Have you got the black VXR rear lights yet - they make a big difference on their own to the look of a black car?

Had mine off a few months ago to clean it. Held on with a few screws. Easy to get off.

Mel, yes you're right the MF ones are GTO ones.....

Here's a cr@p shot of mine.

But they are genuine. even says made in OZ on them.

TBH I've never seen another Ro in the flesh with one on, so I'm a bit unique and I like it (looks very much like the VXR8 spoiler if you start comparing them)

No, thats the ones that Monkfish sell I believe. Its the one on theback of the VXR - goes around the rear/side of the car as well.

I think that's the same as this: www.monkfishperformance.co.uk/2005cv8monaroframeset.html

Personally I don't like it but I would consider a VXR one myself.

Is yours a CV8 and if so do you have pictures? Does it look 'right' with the CV8 bodykit?

Thats the one we want, the same as Higgsters. I do like the MF one but prefer the VXR one definitely. Col doesn't see it but i'm concerned it will ruin the flow of the CV8 shape. They are so different to the VXR. I love the shape of both equally and not sure if i want to mix them upscratchchin What do you guys think?

You could always go for the JHP lip spoiler Mel if you you're worried about the lines of the car:
