Engine Light Sti Type R?

hey,
just wondering if any one any ideas before have go garage.
the engine warning light came onother day when driving, but just for split second then went off?
am hopeing just a lose wire, any ideas?

It could just be a sensor plug has come loose. Have a quick poke around and make sure all the connectors you can easily get to are secure.

cheers bud.the car sounds and goes fine and i have a knock link fitted,it still says normal, so fingers crossed
