Thanks for posting the link to that old thread Grovest, the sleeving has worked really well! I did a similar thing, but stuck with good old TVR fibreglass, just much thicker this time. I took a mould of the one good one that was left (seen in the for ground), cut off all the bent & broken bits from the others then re-made each one by one. As the fibreglass was much thinker it didn't need that lip at the end so makes a much smoother run, whilst keeping the maximum I/D. In the pics most of them are yet to be trimmed back.
I thought about inserts but was worried any other material in there may eventually work loose, but did this more because I couldn't be bothered to source the correct dia tubing
Halfwits sell a small kit that has all the stuff you'd need. This have been fine for the last 4 years & the flexible pipes have been off & back on more time than I'd like to remember...

Then added some (probably useless) heat insulation:
