im sure iv heard of a couple of v8 tuscan conversions, just wondered if anyone on here has done one?

SpeedEight on here has done one of the most comprehensive conversions on a Tuscan 1. He used a Chevy LS? V8. I don't believe it is an easy or straight forward conversion, but if something is hard its usually because its worth doing. If you do a search you'll find a massive thread all about his exploits.

There's also an AJP8 engined Tuscan racing this year in the Dunlop TVR challenge - there was a small photo and mention of it last month's Sprint. That would be an awesome alternative to a 4.3 conversion, especially with the extra torque of the Cerbera lump.

It was not an LS v8, he is using the older gen1 SBC.
